Bairrada com evento vínico já este fim de semana

O evento vínico mais representativo da Bairrada vai para a sua quinta edição. Quatro anos com o nome Encontro com o Vinho e Sabores Bairrada, surge este ano com o nome Bairrada Vinhos & Sabores, devido às mudanças editoriais da equipa que faz a produção do evento, cuja organização. continua a ser responsabilidade dos principais motores vinicos da região: a Rota da Bairrada e a CVR com o apoio financeiro do Turismo do Centro de Portugal.

36 stands com igual número de produtores presentes fazem desta feira um local único para iniciantes, enófilos e apaixonados do vinho e dos vinhos bairradinos conseguirem provar, beber e experimentar marcas clássicas e recentes. E esta feira permite também conjugar os vinhos com os sabores, seja o omnipresente Leitão seja outras, igualmente excelentes, iguarias.

Mas vamos a factos: as informações estão no site http://bairrada.grandesescolhas.com mas fica aqui o resumo: abre na sexta às 17h, estando aberto até às 22h. No sábado o horário é 15-22h e no domingo, um pouco menos, entre as 15-20h. O local, desde sempre, é o Velódromo de Sangalhos, incluindo para os jantares temáticos, sendo apenas o Museu do Vinho, em Anadia, a casa emprestada para uma das provas vínicas aguardadas.

Para quem puder, há 3 provas vínicas comentadas por Francisco Antunes (Aliança) – espumantes da Bairrada -. João Sores (VPuro e Messias) sobre os brancos e tintos – e no sábado, “Bairrada de ontem e de hoje, em viagem por um terroir único”, uma prova conduzida por Luís Lopes.

A entrada é livre, segundo o site. A nossa experiência em eventos vínicos deste estilo é que, para provar, é necessário um copo de prova, que se compra, com porta-copos, por cerca de 2,5 ou 3 euros. Mas como não temos outra informação, nem isso é referido no site, não sabemos se este ano oferecem o copo.
