Entusiasmados com o sucesso da primeira edição, a autarquia de Anadia, a associação Rota da Bairrada e a Comissão Vitivinícola da Bairrada, em conjunto com a Revista de Vinhos, lançaram-se à segunda edição do “Encontro com o Vinho e Sabores”, a realizar novamente no espaço do Velódromo Nacional, em Sangalhos, de 3 a 5 de Outubro.

O programa da Feira, que tem entradas gratuitas e com o copo de prova a custar 3 euros, é o seguinte:

Paralelamente ao Encontro com o Vinho e Sabores Bairrada vai realizar-se um encontro da Confraria dos Rojões da Bairrada que se materializará num almoço no dia 5 de Outubro, pelas 13h, no mesmo local do EVS Bairrada.

A ementa vai estar a cargo do Chefe Gonçalo Soares.

A Confraria dos Rojões da Bairrada, fundada em 8 de Fevereiro de 2014, abarca os oito concelhos da Região da Bairrada, nomeadamente Aveiro, Águeda, Anadia, Oliveira do Bairro, Mealhada, Cantanhede, Vagos e Coimbra, tendo sido incluídos na lista de fundadores representantes de todos os concelhos.A Confraria tem como objecto preservar, promover e divulgar os genuínos rojões da Bairrada e toda a gastronomia e cultura gastronómica da Bairrada
