Vai decorrer no próximo sábado, dia 14, em Aveiro, uma prova cega da casta BAGA.
O Magnum Wine Club/Bairrada Wine Passion, com o apoio dos Cegos por Provas, organiza a 14 de Abril de 2018 uma prova cega de vinhos da casta BAGA com características únicas: uma parte dedicada a TODOS os vinhos com casta BAGA criados fora da Bairrada (teremos presenças de norte a sul do país) e outra com os Bagas da Nova Geração (ou feitos como os antigos, poderemos discutir isso nesse dia).

Esta prova cega, essencialmente didáctica é a resposta a um desafio de enófilos amigos que comentam sempre o número de anos que um “Baga” necessita antes de estar bebível, algo que eu comentava que já existiam há anos esse tipo de vinhos. Mas agora há mais e mais produtores e queremos mostrar que a BAGA não é somente os grandes clássicos e casas grandiosas (mas essas também mostram que a evolução passa por todos).

Esta Prova Cega será realizada no Restaurante SALPOENTE, em Aveiro, espaço que permite uma multiplicidade de opções no transporte e no alojamento, caso seja necessário, no dia 14 de Abril, Sábado, às 15h. Estarão, no mínimo, 16 vinhos presentes, divididos nesses dois segmentos, que representarão bons exemplos do que se produziu com esta casta-rainha
