Prova da Quinta de São José na Garrafeira 5 Estrelas

A Sofia Prazeres desceu a Aveiro para uma prova dos vinhos da Quinta de S.José na Garrafeira 5 Estrelas. Como é óbvio, e sendo em plena época de vindimas, o marido, produtor e enólogo João Brito e Cunha não a pode acompanhar.

Sofia deu-nos a conhecer um pouco da localização da vinha e quinta, da filosofia da produção dos vinhos e conseguimos provar a gama quase completa do ano de 2014 (nos tintos) com excepção do Grande Reserva, de 2013. Os brancos (colheita e Reserva) eram de 2016.

Saliente-se o Touriga Nacional e o Reserva, enquanto que o Colheita Branco sobressaia, pois o Reserva mostrava ainda ser “novo” e precisar de algum tempo em cave para estar no auge.
