Sábado e domingo todos os caminhos vão dar à Bairrada!

O ‘Aqui na Bairrada – Beber e Saborear’ é a maior mostra de espumantes, vinhos e sabores da região. Vai ter lugar no Sábado e Domingo, das 15h00 às 21h00, no Pavilhão de Desportos de Anadia, em Montouro. A entrada do evento é livre, mas quem quiser provar os cerca de 300 néctares dos 32 produtores presentes terá que adquirir o copo oficial da Bairrada – já a “envergar” a nova identidade da região –, que tem um custo de três euros. No que toca aos sabores, são doze os expositores.

A Comissão Vitivinícola da Bairrada (CVB) desafiou os produtores da região demarcada a pôr à prova os seus néctares, desde grandes referências aos seus mais recentes rótulos. Entre espumantes, vinhos brancos, rosés e tintos – todos com certificação de Denominação de Origem DO Bairrada ou IG Beira Atlântico –, será dado relevo à diversidade e à qualidade dos néctares, bem como à tipicidade do terroir bairradino.

O ANB mantém o formato de outros anos, com a feira de vinhos e sabores, complementada por provas de vinhos comentadas: no Sábado, com brancos e tintos sob o mote ‘Bairrada: 40 anos de demarcação’ e, no Domingo, espumantes em ‘Bairrada: mais de um século de tradição’. Ambas são orientadas pelo crítico de vinhos Luís Ramos Lopes, grande conhecedor da região e dos seus vinhos. Têm lugar às 18h00, no Museu do Vinho Bairrada. A organização está cargo da Comissão Vitivinícola da Bairrada, da Rota da Bairrada e do Município de Anadia, com o apoio da entidade Turismo do Centro de Portugal e do Instituto da Vinha e do Vinho.
