A Garrafeira 5 Estrelas organizou mais uma prova na passada sexta-feira, dia 22, com a presença dos vinhos Gouvyas e do seu produtor e enólogo Luis Soares Duarte. E a prova transformou-se no já esperado. Uma volta pelo passado, presente e futuro de um projecto muito pessoal do João Roseira e do Luis Soares Duarte, com vinhos de um equilíbrio singular e que permitem o estágio em garrafa por largos anos… como pudemos comprovar num jantar informal que degustámos algumas relíquias.

E os ainda não engarrafados Viosinho e Clarete. O que marcou a prova, além da prosa fácil do enólogo, foi a acidez e o equilíbrio dos vinhos, sejam brancos e/ou tintos, aguentando por largos anos (os mais velhos, já com dez anos, ainda muito jovens) e os brancos a pedir que a degustação fosse “à mesa”.

Curiosamente, esse tema da longevidade dos mesmos, foi o motivo para uma discussão “à mesa” logo a seguir à prova. O leque foi o seguinte:

O resultado? O melhor vinho da noite foi o 2000 OP, seguido do 2000 “normal”, com o 2001 “já morto” e algum couro acentuado no mais velho. Uma grande prova, numa grande noite e um agradecimento ao Ceboleiros pela ementa. Deliciosa!
