Turismo de Portugal e ViniPortugal lançam “Manual Técnico de Vinhos”

image004Amanhã, dia 10, às 17h30, irá decorrer na Sala de Provas dos Vinhos de Portugal no Terreiro do Paço, em Lisboa, a cerimónia de lançamento do “Manual Técnico de Vinhos”, elaborado por formadores das Escolas de Hotelaria e Turismo do Turismo de Portugal.

Trata-se de um manual de interesse geral para apreciadores, que contém informação técnica e prática sobre a produção e apresentação dos vinhos, apoiando a formação dos futuros profissionais do turismo em áreas como:

· Técnicas de tratamento de vinho

· Processos de vinificação

· Constituintes do vinho

· Técnicas de organização de garrafas nos estabelecimentos hoteleiros

· Importância das videiras e suas castas

O “Manual Técnico de Vinhos” que contou com a colaboração do enólogo Carlos Freire Correia e com a colaboração técnica da ViniPortugal, através da enóloga Marta Galamba, estará à venda nas Escolas de Hotelaria e Turismo do Turismo de Portugal e na respetiva sede. Longe do público portanto. E com um custo é de 10€ para a comunidade escolar (formadores e alunos) e de 15€ para o restante público. Não é para nós, portanto…
