O Gustavo Maya e toda a equipa do Hotel Paraíso fecharam com chave de ouro as Galas Gastronómicas das Estrelas da Bairrada com uma quinta edição que contaram com 7 chefs oriundos ou com fortes ligações à Bairrada e com sete espumantes de sete produtores. Na cozinha estiveram os chefs Armindo Alves, Bernardo Calvo, Eduardo Maya, Flávio Silva, Gerson Oliveira, Nuno Cabral e Waldeci Marreiros e na mesa acompanharam sete produtores da Bairrada, com sete espumantes bairradinos.
