A região de Aveiro é, pela sua história, a “sede” do Bacalhau. As quotas de pesca estavam na posse de armadores da região, as fábricas de transformação e secagem estão aqui maioritariamente situadas (no concelho de Ílhavo) e nos restaurantes da zona é um ingrediente omnipresente e onde todas os seus produtos são profusamente utilizados. Temos a vantagem de comer bacalhau, caras, ovas, linguas, samos, and so on…

Mas se é uma apaixonado pelo Bacalhau, deverá aproveitar as workshops que a UNAVE vai organizar, num conceito semelhante ao que foi realizado com o Vinho. Três sessões que ajudaram a saber mais com o ganídeo adquirido ou pescado em mares do Norte desce até as nossas mesas. Começa já na quarta-feira!
