Há chefs e chefs. Aliás, como tudo. Há pessoas com quem simpatizas à primeira e outros que… não. Há quem se liberte e quem se feche. E há o Pedro Lemos. Sempre que nos cruzámos, o tema foi o vinho. E nesta entrevista, feita junto a vinhos de enorme valia e paixão, o Pedro Lemos, do restaurante com o mesmo nome, mostrou que a sua paixão pelo vinho é equivalente à paixão que sente pela gastronomia e pelos clientes. Por mim, depois de o ouvir, fico com mais vontade de ir ao restaurante. Porque uma casa onde o vinho é vivenciado como um parceiro, é uma casa onde nos sentimos bem.
