Depois da degustação e respectiva análise sensorial e dos pormenores sobre a demolha do bacalhau, eventos realizados nas últimas semanas, o ciclo da UNAVE e da Câmara Municipal de Ílhavo sobre o Bacalhau termina com uma workshop dedicada à secagem do mesmo, e por isso, às diferenças entre as diversas curas.

Segunda-feira, dia 09, pelas 18.30h, na empresa Bacalhau de Barents (Cais Bacalhoeiro, Gafanha da Nazaré), com a presença de Fernando Neto, professor do Departamento de Engenharia Mecânica (UA) e António Ribau, administrador da empresa Bacalhau do Barents.
