Dois músicos e duas entidades serão os novos Confrades de Honra da Confraria do Bacalhau!

Quase quase nos 20 anos, que serão, estou certo, comemorados no próximo ano com pompa e circunstância, a Confraria Gastronómica do Bacalhau irá organizar, mais uma vez, o seu famoso Capítulo, neste caso o 19º este sábado, entre o Museu, Aquário dos Bacalhaus e Hotel de Ílhavo.

Para confrades de honra escolheram dois campos diferentes: o musical e o institucional. Capitania e Porto de Aveiro são duas grandes entidades que farão parte da lista de honra da Confraria, mas que serão sonoramente bem acompanhadas por Paulo de Carvalho e pelo brasileiro Ivan Lins, os outros dois entronizados como Confrades de Honra. Serão quatro grandes nomes a galardoar amanhã.

O programa é o “habitual”. Recepção e Entronização no Museu Marítimo de Ílhavo, passagem pelo aquário dos bacalhaus para “homenagem ao dito” e cortejo e foto até ao Hotel de Ílhavo. Quanto ao repasto (pois afinal este blog é eno-eno-eno-gastronómico) todas as variantes do fiel amigo estarão presentes:  as pataniscas na Patanisca de Honra, os bolos, a punheta, os samos e as carinhas fritas nas entradas e a chora, feijoada de samos e o bacalhau à confraria como pratos principais. Depois mostramos as fotos 🙂

Os bons vinhos e espumantes da região deverão ser, mais uma vez, o equilíbrio indispensável a este repasto!
