Tiago Bonito conseguiu algo que a Michelin não costuma fazer: manter a estrela Michelin. Aliás, este é um ADN da Casa da Calçada que já conseguiu manter para o seu restaurante, por duas vezes, a estrela Michelin, mesmo com a mudança de chef. Uma garantia de qualidade e uma garantia que Tiago Bonito já não é uma estrela emergente mas sim uma certeza. Estivemos a conversar com ele!
