Não perdi a oportunidade e correu bastante bem. Também tinha a oportunidade, como enófilo que sou, de revisitar os vinhos Head Rock, de Trás-os-Montes, que já conhecia mas que não tinha recordações há algum tempo.

O inicio foi bastante cativante. A mestria do corte de chef Vitor Oliveira, que nos proporcionou um presunto local de elevada qualidade, foi bem acmpanhada de enchidos vários e o branco da Head Rock que dava a frescura (o Alvarinho nestas condições é uma casta curiosa…) que as entradas exigiam. Depois de um belo momento de convívio, os chefs Duarte Eira e Marco Gomes (do Oficina, do Porto) deram largas à sua imaginação, cruzando produtos locais e sabores tradicionais em pratos com um colorido e sabor delicioso. Os produtores da Head Rock estiveram presentes e foram dando referências dos vinhos em prova, cujas harmonizações calharam bastante bem. Bonito, bom, delicioso, o que mais se quer de uma jantar de sábado?
