Diana Silva quis homenagear a Tinta Negra, a Madeira e fazer vinhos “tranquilos”. Desenhou os vinhos à sua imagem. Quis, lutou, e batalha diariamente pela sua paixão. Afinal, os vinhos não são isso mesmo. Numa longa e deliciosa conversa, Diana Silva explica muito bem as suas prioridades, aquilo que sempre pretendeu com o “Ilha” e onde pretende chegar. Nota-se, com facilidade, a sua paixão pelo vinho. Pelo seu vinho, também 🙂

Quinta da Basília e a Cave Central da Bairrada, através da sua marca estrela, os espumantes M&M estiveram em despique. Mas a componente gastronómica casou de forma exemplar com os vinhos e tornou tudo muito mais simples. Pela parte da Cave Central da Bairrada estiveram disponíveis os espumantes m&m gold edition rosé e m&m gold edition branco bruto. O primeiro acompanhou os canapés e o segundo a entrada. Completamente aprovados, para quem conhece o estilo destes espumantes.

Por parte do duriense Carlos Lebres, proprietário da Quinta da Basília, os vinhos que chegaram à mesa são o Basília branco colheita 2016, Basília tinto colheita 2010 e o Quinta da Basília Vinhas Velhas 2010 Premium

Em termos de gosto pessoal, o Tinto Colheita 2010 surpreendeu-me pela positiva mas todos se mostraram equilibrados. Um bom jantar, sem dúvida!
