Melgaço – Magnum Wine Club http://magnumwineclub.com/wp Magnum Wine Club Aveiro Wed, 29 Nov 2017 10:54:18 +0000 pt-PT hourly 1 74084812 Monção e Melgaço: Uma tarde de grande promoção vínica http://magnumwineclub.com/wp/2017/11/moncaomelgacovinico/ http://magnumwineclub.com/wp/2017/11/moncaomelgacovinico/#respond Wed, 29 Nov 2017 10:54:18 +0000 http://magnumwineclub.com/wp/?p=519 Monção e Melgaço instalaram-se na passada segunda-feira, dia 27 de Novembro, na Casa do Vinho Verde, a sede da Comissão Vitivínicola dos Vinhos Verdes, no Porto, para um final de tarde grandioso de forma a provar a profissionais do ramo (distribuidores, garrafeiras, restauração, entre outros) que os vinhos Alvarinho de Monção e Melgaço harmonizam com os pratos tradicionais e os reinventados para este Natal.

Foram convidados seis chefes, de seis casas (a maioria do norte mas com a contribuição de Joaquim Almeida, de Évora) que deram a conhecer a sua criatividade em seis propostas (duas sobremesas, uma entrada e dois pratos) para momentos de Natal que harmonizassem com vinhos Alvarinho da sub-região de Monção e Melgaço.

A verdade é que os pratos estiveram em grande nível, os chefes mostraram-se simpáticos e comunicativos e os vinhos… combinações quase perfeitas, em que mais do que a capacidade de harmonização plena (perfeitamente conseguida), foi o gosto pessoal que permitiu, nalguns casos, destrinçar o “vencedor” de cada uma das harmonizações.

Em termos pessoais, serviu para conhecer marcas e referências ainda pouco conhecidas (o Poema Reserva e o Rebouça (especialmente o espumante)), e contactar com produtores presentes já consolidados no mercado.
