No próximo dia 12 de abril, às 18h, vai ser apresentado o novo livro de Maria João de Almeida, “Vinho à Mesa. Treze Chefes, treze Regiões, 265 Vinhos”.
A originalidade desta obra reside no facto de ter sido dividida em 13 regiões vitivinícolas portuguesas, a que foi “atribuído” um chef por sorteio… João Rodrigues, Alexandre Silva, Henrique Sá Pessoa, Rui Paula, José Avillez, Miguel Castro e Silva, Diogo Rocha, Ricardo Costa, Justa Nobre, Leonel Pereira, Pedro Lemos, Vítor Sobral e Miguel Laffan, todos eles chefs talentosos e incontornáveis no panorama nacional, criaram pratos para alguns dos melhores vinhos das diversas regiões, que na maior parte dos casos não são as suas de origem. O resultado é um livro divertido e original, em que os vinhos harmonizam com os pratos, mas ao mesmo tempo ajudam a contar a História e as histórias do vinho português, dos clássicos aos produtores mais recentes.
