Parafraseando um conhecido apresentador, se perguntássemos a Cátia Goarmon o “que dizem os teus olhos?” acho que o brilho bastaria para provar a alegria que a gastronomia e o contacto humano provocam naquela que um canal televisivo, o 24 Kitchen, tranformou na nossa “Tia Cátia”.

A forma simples e fácil como acedeu ao convite para este podcast marcou, desde logo, a diferença. Aliás, o Vagos Sensation Gourmet é, de longe, o festival em que “estrelas” e “povo” estão lado a lado e que é muito fácil ver, como um “chef” não tem problemas nenhuns em fazer de empregado de mesa – recolhendo pratos – aprendiz, ajudando a empratar ou simplesmente a ajudar algum colega com menos dotes de comunicação a brilhar durante a apresentação do jantar.
